When I started attending The University of South Carolina in 1994, I chose to major in chemical engineering, which I believe is directly applicable to physical fitness. I had discovered early in life that if I understand the principles of why something works, it’s easier to do. That’s what compelled me to write the book and fitness manual, Look Better Naked, a step-by-step fitness guide that explains in simple terms what works, what doesn’t and why. The principles I sets forth clarify why dieting alone doesn’t work in the long haul and why quick-fix diet schemes don’t work past the moment someone quits using them. Currently, I am a Certified Weight Loss Specialist and Personal Trainer in Houston Texas.
