This is the first “plan” that I’ve actually enjoyed. In fact, it’s the first bona fied “plan” I’ve ever used for weight loss. Identifying life-long goals to focus on gives me true purpose. With BASE, I’ve identified exactly what I’m striving to achieve and exactly how to achieve it. Almost immediately after beginning my BASE plan, I noticed positive changes in the way I feel and look, and the way my clothes fit. My overall health is improving, seemingly exponentially: My blood pressure, which has been a struggle to normalize for over 30 years, has dropped significantly. Very soon, I fully expect my physician to take me off all my blood pressure medications (3 to be precise). He’s understandably reluctant after all these years, but he’ll soon see that I’m truly a changed woman with BASE as my instructive guide.

For decades, I have shopped for clothes while always being mindful of how to hide my most disproportionately large body parts, my arms and stomach area. After having 5 children, not maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and now at 64 years of age, my body has suffered the consequences. I was all but resigned to the ideas that the way I looked and being yoked with taking multiple medications daily to lower my blood pressure were just the way it had to be.

It’s hard for me to believe, but it’s true, that after a lifetime of basically eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, and sometimes in obscene quantities, I now do not feel at all restricted by my plan. My body metabolism is satisfied, my palate is satisfied, my senses (touch, smell, and sight) are satisfied with my menu items, and I am totally and utterly without cravings of any sort. Not to mention, the moderate, yet reasonably strenuous, exercise, has already improved my muscle tone. The condition of my knee joints, which for years have ached and limited my activities, is strengthening and measurably improved.

BASE has already changed my life. In three months, I’ve lost 21½ pounds of almost exclusively body fat. Now looking and feeling better, thanks to what your wonderfully innovative plan is doing for me, already, I’ve begun to no longer dress to disguise my body flaws. Instead, one day in my foreseeable future, I’ll actually dress to showcase my physique. I’m even shopping for a new swimsuit for next season--and I don’t mean the “granny-type” either!
