A couple of weeks ago, my son was experiencing diarreha and vomiting. We were told by his dosctor that it was proablay the result of a virsus that would pass in about a couple of weeks. So, my wife and I waited 2 weeks to see if the symptons will pass, and they did not pass. Actually, they got slightly worse. So, we went back to the doctor, and ask for a better diagnosis, and she recommended that we remove "juices", "sugars", and "any slightly spicy foods" for his diet. And, immediately this appeared to cure him within hours.
I also read this article about juices, and I immediately stop (almost entirely, except a glass every two days) consuming "juices" in my daily diet, and I noticed that my daily, morning craps immediately dissappeared. I had no idea that "juices" may have caused my craps. I just thought it was the daily, morning stress of going to work every day.
Therefore, I am now a firm believer that "juice" consumption is detrimental to your health.
