I do not know where to begin, but I will start from the day I looked into the mirror and realized that another New Year’s resolution was a big disappointment. I did not loose 20lbs over the course of the New Year as I had hoped, but rather I put on an extra 10lbs. I was utterly disgusted with myself and with my lack of commitment. It was confusing to understand what I should do when there were so many contradictions among the various reading material. So, I found myself justifying what I could eat by finding a diet that would allow me to eat such foods. I was finding diet materials to cater to my wants instead of finding health materials and resources that would deliver a long-term permanent solution. That’s when I discovered The Weight loss Foundation. I was able to gain a true understanding of nutrition and how eating the wrong types of food were affecting me.
